Safety Tips

Ziva is designed to bring people together in a fun, social, and respectful way. While most users are genuine, your safety is always the most important priority. Please keep these tips in mind when using the app.

Protect Your Personal Information

  • Never share your home address, workplace, financial information, or other sensitive details with people you've just met.
  • Keep conversations on the app until you feel comfortable moving elsewhere.

Take Your Time

  • Don't feel pressured to meet anyone right away.
  • Get to know groups gradually and trust your instincts if something feels off.

Meet in Public First

  • Always meet in a public, well-lit place for your first in-person gathering.
  • Let a friend or family member know your plans, and consider sharing your live location with someone you trust.

Stay Sober and in Control

  • Be mindful of alcohol or substances that can affect your judgement.
  • Keep an eye on your drink and belongings.

Respect and Boundaries

  • Treat all users with respect, both online and offline.
  • Consent and boundaries must be respected at all times — by you and by others.

Report Concerns

  • If someone is behaving inappropriately, making you uncomfortable, or violating our guidelines, block and report them directly through the app.
  • Our team reviews all reports and takes action where necessary.
Reminder:Ziva cannot verify every user's identity and cannot guarantee your interactions will always be safe. Ultimately, you are responsible for your personal safety, both online and offline.
